The American Women’s Club of London (AWC) provides social, cultural, educational and philanthropic activities for our members living in London. Founded in 1899 as the “Society of American Women,” the Club has provided a welcoming atmosphere to American women living in London for over 100 years.
We welcome all US citizens as well as persons with close ties or affinity to the United States.

The American Women of Surrey was founded in 1975. The club's objectives are to welcome and assist newcomers and their families; to promote friendship and cooperation among members; to further members' knowledge and understanding of England; and to give financial and material support to philanthropic projects in Surrey and overseas. We have lots of activities for you and your family!
AWS membership policy is that any person of North American descent, married to or the parent of a North American citizen, parent of a child in an ACS school or recent member of another FAWCO organisation will automatically be accepted, but ALL people can apply for membership.

We warmly invite Canadians and people with an attachment to Canada to join us for a lively programme of social and cultural activities, all run by members who enjoy the company of fellow Canadians while exploring London and its surroundings. Our programme of events normally runs from September to June.
There are many ways to experience an amazing city like London. The chance to do so with people who share our Canadian background is a big plus. Many friendships have developed though the club. Our members come from many walks of life and many parts of Canada. Some have lived in London for many years, others are short term expatriates.

The Chilterns American Women’s Club (CAWC) is a group of more than 100 international women that was formed to help newcomers adjust more easily and enjoy their stay as expatriates in the UK. Our primary objective is to welcome and assist newcomers and their families to the area of England known as the Chilterns, in the western suburbs. We offer an opportunity to meet other expats, learn about life in the UK, and give financial support to local charities through our fundraising efforts. Our club is a member of the FAWCO, a network of expatriate women around the world. CAWC meets monthly, September to June. At these general meetings, we enjoy speakers or special presentations/demonstrations, socialise with other women, share our latest experiences, sign up for various activities (from hiking to tennis, Stitch & Chat, Bunco, etc.), and get to know one another. We are a fun and diverse group and love to welcome new members.
Hampstead Women's Club
The Hampstead Women's Club is a multinational, social organisation for women living in the London area. Many of our members are expatriates eager to make new friends but Hampstead Women's Club is so much more! Our purpose is to provide a sense of community through social, educational and charitable activities. Although smaller in number, our membership is diverse, casual, warm and dynamic. The Junior League of London is an organisation of women committed to promoting voluntary service, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Active in the London community since 1978, the League's members give over 20,000 hours of voluntary service each year supporting children and the arts. Fundraisers include Boutique de Noel - an annual holiday gift fair at Kensington Town Hall - and Living in London, a guide for new arrivals to the capital.

The Thames Valley American Womens Club is a non profit organisation which serves the expat community in Berkshire.
The club offers strong support and long term friendships for its members along with raising money for local charities. We meet for general meetings usually the second Wednesday of the month in Windsor Leisure Centre and we have a full schedule of other activities to suit everyone, including book discussion.
